Landscape & Garden Design
An outdoor state of mind… The Garden Room Studio collaborates with Private Clients, Architects and Contractors to create synergy between inside and out. Inspiring clients to use their gardens, we offer a range of landscaping services, including garden design, implementation and specialist aftercare. From a modest garden space to a large scale landscape design for a planning application, we will proactively coordinate the design, build and management of your scheme with a tried and tested phased approach.
Our relationship with contractors locally in Dorset and nationally via our BALI accredited network ensure we can tender plans to the most appropriate contractor to build your project. Our in-house team of trained horticulturalists can install our planting schemes, and we can then offer your an aftercare package to manage your investment as your garden matures – ensuring design intent is realised.

- Site meeting to review and meet in person.
- Fee proposal and detailed phased approach to your project.
- Discovery phase of design to include concept planning and creative drawing package.
- Technical Garden Design to develop concepts into something achievable with construction detailing, materials schedules and planting plans.
- Contractor quotations and tender to bring the project in on budget with a suitable site team.
- Specialist contractors – Lighting, irrigation, lawn care etc – coordination and tender to industry specialists.
- Project management – ensuring design intent is realised to the point of handover.
- Furnishing the garden/ exterior styling. Dressing the final space.
